Women in Leadership

I spoke at the CA Diversity Counsel Women in Leadership Symposium, hosted by Mintz Levin this week. What a great event. I had the opportunity to sit on a panel of some very extraordinary women.  I spoke on the topic “How to maintain your value during shaky economic times.”  I decided to approach this topic from a marketing point of view.  I see maintaining your value or staying relevant is a constant issue for women in particular.  Its something you should pay attention to at all times.  I’ll discuss in another blog the steps you can take as a professional woman to maintain your value.

What I want to share with you in this blog is some of the great articles I found as I was doing research to discuss my topic.
